Who I Am
I’m a former police officer who always pushed beyond the physical standards required—especially when training for specialist roles. In 2022, I made the decision to leave policing and follow my passion for fitness, retraining as a Personal Trainer and subsequently a HYROX Performance Coach.
Now, I help people hit their health and fitness goals, whether that’s getting HYROX-ready, building strength, or just feeling better in their day-to-day life. My goal is to bring structure, motivation, and real results to every session.
